There is an issue with a video version with the id number 158561
Operating System: Macosx

ISSUE:
I have tried a few times now and it will not transcribe…

Hey David,
Your video should be ready soon.
It is in a format we are having trouble with though. It is HVEC which won’t play back in browsers correctly.
I should have a fix this weekend though.
I recommend if shooting in an iPhone, under camera settings choose H.264 instead of HVEC as there aren’t many devices that are compatible with that format.
I will keep you updated when we have a fix.
