I hope you’re well.
We subscribed to Clip Scribe yesterday as we love the idea of the product but I’m having some problems uploading video.
I’ve been trying to upload a clip:
1920×1080 mp4 (exported with a h264 codec)
54.66mb file size
42 second runtime
But the process hasn’t been working; either the upload gets half way uploaded and then keeps snapping back to half way upload progress or the upload completes and I receive an error message saying that the clip isn’t a supported aspect ratio even though it’s 1080.
It would be great to get some advice on how to sort this.
