I just tried to upload a video file from my phone and got the notification that it was being transcribed but it is not showing in my videos view.
does it take a while or did it not go through?

Hi Ryan. Try refreshing the videos page if you don’t see it there immediately.
I see your video is transcribing now.
Hey one note if you are using mobile. Mobile browsers don’t allow you to download video, so we just launched direct to dropbox transfer. If you use it let me know how it goes. You can transfer it to dropbox and then use it from the dropbox app.
You can download on desktop/laptop fine BTW.
