Uploads getting stuck at 11 MB

I’ve been trying to upload a 35 MB file and I tried a 111 MB file. Both times, the uploads stop at 11 MB. I am only doing one at a time and letting it run overnight, but to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.

So I tried again on a PC, IE instead of CHrome and Chrome again and still everything is stopping for me at around 10 MB.

Hi John,

Definitely not normal. How long does it take to upload the same file to DropBox or Google Drive for example? Could you do a test run and let me know? I want to narrow down if it is just your network that is the issue. If your network is the issue, then it is hard to troubleshoot on our end. If the video uploads super fast to DropBox or Drive, then we can work with that as your network is fine.

So I uploaded the 35 MB file to Google Drive and a thumb drive. When I try to import from Google Drive, clip scribe would show the download and then it would just vanish and ask me to select a video again. This happened 2 times. I then put the video on a thumb drive and tried my PC instead of a Mac. So far, it’s still suck at 11 MB.

How long did the file take to upload from Google Drive?
