Hey! Thanks for the loom. Always so helpful.
The issue is this…. Your video you uploaded is both vertical and horizontal. It is a vertical video wrapped in a horizontal video.
So, while you did right to check off the vertical video box, everything went haywire because the video isn’t actually vertical.
You can see this in the loom I made: (no sound).

A vertical video should be 1080X1920 (or a smaller iteration of the same 9:16 aspect ratio). Yours is 1280X720 with a vertical video sitting smack in the center of it.
