Video cutting off the edges

I am having an issue with some of my videos getting cut from the sides when downloading them. When i\’m editing them they look fine and are intact but when I download them the video is smaller. See attached.

Hey Joyce.

Looks like this was a bug from an edit we made. I reversed it and if you could please re-make these, you should be all set.
