i uploaded a video but its not letting me edit it, can do the captions and the other stuff like graphics but the video isnt actually showing and when i render it it gives an XML error

I uploaded a file and edited the captions over an hour ago. It wasn’t a large file. I’m not able to download it. Is there a problem there?
