Hi Craig and Team –
Great product and support.
I use my Iphone for my videos and upon upload into IGTV it seems some of the resolution gets blurred a bit when I upload into IG.
Anything I should do on Export to make sure th resolution is the best possible?

Hello?
I am shooting in HF. I am uploading via my chrome web browser from my IPHONE... How can I make sure I am uploading in HD? Does Uploading into Dropbox from my phone photos app.... then uploading from Drop Box into Clipscribe help?
It seems resolution is getting lost when uploading into ClipScribe.

I attempted to connect my Dropbox and it gave me the error... Error 503 backend read error

@Johell Aponte Hey I see you are uploading 1280X720 videos. Can you upload full HD? That would be the first thing to do. Can you shoot in that resolution?
