Hey Jonathan,
It looks like all of your videos have finished encoding, but there are several reasons it is taking quite a long time I want to go over just so you know what is going on.
- Encodes generally take about 1 minute per 1 minute of video, so if your finished product is 60 minutes long, you can expect your encode to take around 60 minutes. If it is 3 minutes, it will take 3 minutes, etc. So your longer videos you can expect to take longer.
- Then there is the quality setting. You have your export quality set to the highest level and the speed to very slow. I seldom recommend this as it will greatly increase encoding time, usually doubling the amount of time it takes or more, so an hour long video could take 2 hours or more. The standard settings are best for the quickest export, especially for very long videos.
- Your uploaded videos are very large, I see one was 2.8GB. However, they do look precompressed, so I think they are likely ok.
ClipScribe was really made more for shorter marketing videos, but longer videos are welcome too! But they will take a bit longer to encode. If you find, however, that it is taking longer than it should based on my info above, then just let me know as always so I can check it out for you.
And my apologies for not answering this sooner. I am checking now to see why I didn’t see the notification for this ticket. Feel free to email me too with any issues. You have my email I believe.
Thanks!

I have had the same issue with a video less than 5 minutes that I am still waiting for it to process.
