I uploaded videos yesterday, edited the captions and now they are not loading in the system for me to download.

I am so sorry for my delay here. Holidays and such….
Can you check again? I fixed an issue that I /think/ was the issue you were having.
If not, can you point me to a specific video?
And can you clarify what you mean by “not loading into the system for me to download?” Do you mean download the SRT file? Do you mean download the video? If you can clarify would be a big help.
