Videos not “making”

Hi Craig -

MacOS 13.6, 2015 Macbook Pro.

With Firefox (latest version, 85.0.2, 64-bit), I could upload a video but when I clicked it to start a project, it would hang and never get to the "Edit Project" screen.

I switched to Chrome (up to date, Version 88.0.4324.150 (Official Build) (x86_64)) and saw about 20 "started" projects. I deleted them all, made a new one, and edited the subtitles. Used my existing template. I hit "Make" and it has been hanging for about 30 minutes. Video is 4 minutes long. In the "MY VIDEOS" page, on the "IN PROGRESS" tab, I can see it is there, but not completed, and the Download button is greyed out.

On the "IN PROGRESS" tab, I can download the .srt file, so I know it’s there.

What do you suggest?

Hey Matthew! You almost got the award for most detailed ticket (which I always appreciate) but left out the most key piece of info… which video… You were close though.

I figured that out pretty easily though. The one that was in encoding limbo.

I actually just resolved the issue that was causing this, so it is all set and ready to download and you shouldn’t see this issue again.

Lol thanks Craig! I figured you’d be able to tell it was the stalled one.

Hi I’m having an issue with Making too. It is just called My Video Project. I have tried on two seperate days.

@Sondra Stewart You all are the triple threat today. LOL. All with the exact same issue (it had to do with the countdown you used.) Same thing, it is has been resolved and your video is re-making now. Should be ready in a few minutes. (I will check it as well to make sure it came out right.)
