Videos not showing/disappearing

Hi, videos we’re uploading aren’t showing in the list, or they show for a short while and then disappear. Is there a bug with the system?

@Amy Woods Hi Amy! We did roll out a cache update last night and one other person mentioned something similar so I am testing now to see if I can recreate this. I will report back asap.

@Amy Woods Are you uploading these with the traditional uploader or importing them with Google Drive or DropBox?

@Amy Woods Hey Amy, can you also give me the filename of a video that you uploaded and it went away? I want to see if it is in the system, but not showing up.

Looking in the database, I see multiple attempts at this video: 182699-EP83-StoriesTeaserVideo.mp4. Is that the one?
