I have uploaded a video twice and it jus dissapears. I wait ten minutes search for it and it isn’t in my videos or in progress. I don’t want it to count against my usage when I can’t find it.

It shouldn’t count against your usage. Sounds like something may be wrong with the video or something is going wrong at upload.
