Hi there , it has been about 8 hours now. The video wont finish transcribng.
Could there be something wrong?

Hi Naval,
The upload limit is 2 GB and that file is 12 GB.
It's not a hard limit at the moment so it was able to get through but I think that's what's causing the issues. I'm working on it now give me just a bit and I'll adjust it for you. I recommend pre-compressing your videos to the H.264 codec which is meant to be portable for uploading, encoding etc.
The format you are uploading is more for archive and editing. We're moving our office today so I will get back as soon as I can.
