Subtitle format changes

I adjusted all the subtitles into 2 lines if they were long and when the video exported it changed the subtitles to different font sizes and messed up the formatting? is this standard?

Hey Clinton,
No, definitely not standard.  I took a look at your recent video and it looked good?  
I am aware of this issue and I am looking into it now, but just want to make sure you are good for now.
