My Video is stuck on ‘Making Video’

Hi,
Its been 1 hour 10 mins so far and my 8 min video still hasn’t completed the ‘Making Video’ step so I can’t download it. I have tried a number of times to make the same video clip but get the same result. This is not the first video of this size and type I have done. The others were all successful and took around 10 mins to encode. Is there a problem at the moment? Can you help please?

Ray I sorted this out.  My apologies.  Had to do with the timer countdown.
You should be all set.  I am encoding your latest video now.  If you have any others just click MAKE on them and it should go fine.
