Hi Sam.
I downloaded your original video uploaded and this appears to be an issue with the original rather than an issue with the ClipScribe system/encoder.
I am going to see if I can correct it for you anyway, because these can be difficult to fix. If I can easily I will. But sometimes, they can be off in ways that are almost unfixable and if that is the case, there isn’t much I can do.
But, let me try…

Fair enough. Don’t worry though, I can re-render it quick as anyway. Can you just remove the video so I don’t loose my transcribe minutes? I feel I’m going to be over on the month, so I’ll probably pick and choose the ones to out through here. 👍
