Gilbert. My apologies, I just saw this. The email might have been in your spam folder?

The size of the video is an a-typical size for video. I have an update coming next week that will automatically resolve this. But if you want to let me know where your video is coming from, I can help you ensure that your future videos are the correct resolution.

I am having the same issue with all vertically recorded videos, how can I resolve this?

Also checked the spam and its not there.

What device are you shooting the videos with? Are you using any other software besides the built in camera to record it? Are you running it through any software before uploading it to ClipScribe?
