hi Craig,

our template with the logo is not showing up on the edited video – for our vertical videos. this error occured yeterday and is still nto resolved. and when i try to load up our logo, it now says we have to upgrade and pay for it?

can you please assist with it?

actually now all the templates with logo that we previously use and was working yesterday for horizontal videos is not working either. we can see the templates but it doesn’t load up on the edited video!

we already pay for the subscription and it’s not due to dec 2020. to try to upload our logo, we are directed to upgrade and pay?
