I uploaded a 2 minute video and it’s been over 20 minutes since it’s been at the ‘making titles’ function. How long should it take? it just seems like this step keeps taking longer and longer and I’m not sure how long it will take since it’s still going.

Hey Veronica,
I checked out your original video and it won’t open for me. Usually you should at least get an email if the system can’t read your video.
Can you double check your original video and then try to re-upload?
