Can’t Choose Video Dimensions

Hi!

Was the option to choose your video dimensions recently removed?

From what I recall, after uploading a video you were presented with the option to choose the video dimension.

Currently all widescreen/landscape videos are forced into square ratios and that wasn’t the case a few weeks ago.

Hi Matt,

When you click New Video, the templates that show up first are your own saved templates.

It looks like you only have one saved template and it is for the square layout without bars and that is why it is the only option you see.

If you click the other layouts up top, you will see the other options appear. If you delete that template, you will see a variety of templates show up there as before, but those only show up if you don’t have any of your own.

Thanks! Yea the template default is where I got mixed it, I never saved templates before. Then had someone on the team use ClipScribe and they saved a template.

So I had no idea where the options went and why I couldn’t see them lol
