Hi David. That looks to be this video: https://clipscribe.com/manage-transcriptions/?versionid=132703

Which has a frame of 1:1 rather than 16:9.

You will need to copy it over to the 16:9/16:9 layout that doesn’t have any bars at all as YouTube doesn’t really accept square/1:1 videos without displaying them like this.
