Hi,

Is there a way I can select a thumbnail from a video or upload a thumbnail?

Hi Lathe!

Here is how thumbnails work with videos. Videos don’t have embedded thumbnails. Which is why when you upload to a social network, you either have to choose a thumbnail or upload one. So, if you uploaded one to us, it would only be for your own purpose to look at when on ClipScribe. It wouldn’t follow you to other sites.

That said, I know sometimes the thumbnail that is selected by default isn’t the best. PLUS, I know you need to create thumbnails to upload elsewhere.

Which is why the next update will let you do both of those. Working to roll it out this weekend hopefully, so stay tuned!
