Like Craig last week, this was the first video I tried to make since subscribing to the service. My original video was an MP4. When I finished putting on a headline, cleaned up the sub-titles and clicked "Make," it said it was processing the subtitles and then said "one moment" ... I left it overnight to complete, but it's been over eight hours and nothing has changed. I still can’t share the video.

Ok Maura. I ran it and it came out fine, but I noticed your logo was off-screen just a touch, so I re-adjusted it and clicked MAKE again, so when that is done you should be all set.
