My videos are not rendering exactly the same way I have them on the editing platform

The video itself is somehow being enlarged inside the frame after rendering, so that when I produce a video and then download it and watch it, even though when I’m editing them they fit properly inside the frame, but when I produce them and download them, they heads are cut off, as well as the lower thirds that I shot inside the video before I uploaded to your system, help I need a fix!!
