HI there i have been paying for your program and have never used it yet. I just canceled it but watned to ask if you would be fair and reverse my charge this month as i have not yet used your service and you have been charging me monthly with no service being used.? it would be greatly apprecaited and would prompt me to leave you a 5 star review!

Hi Dimitri,

I am not showing you were charged. You were set to manual renewal, so maybe you got an invoice, but no charges were made and your subscription has been cancelled. If you need anything else at all, please let me know.
