My video is stuck in "making video" It would not make last night and again this morning. Gets through "subtitles" then just spins. Can you check out 146886?

Hi Sid,

Thanks for the message. You look to be all set. Technically we don’t accept 4K videos, which was why it was hanging up, but I added an exception so your vids would go through.

Thank you! I was not aware of the 4K issue. I’ll make the adjustment on my camera

Yeah it isn’t a hard rule. It is more for our users than anything. Since we don’t export at 4K, uploading a 4K video will take much longer and the encoding time to MAKE your finished video will take much longer too. So, it is recommended to pre-downsize it to 1080p and use a more portable friendly codec like H.264/mp4.
