HI,

I jsut cancelled my auto-renew for my subscription but jsut want to make sure I still have access to November 2021 – which is when I have paid through to?

Hi Tom. Yes, that is correct. If you click the cancel button, you are just cancelling the auto-renew. Your subscription will be active until that point.
