I am sending this correspondence because it has been several days and I am unable to get video’s to download so I can get them ready to publish on my social media.
What do you recommend and is this a common problem?

@ASA PATTERSON Hi Asa. Do you mean upload? The page you sent me is our Uploads page and not where you would typically download a video. Let me know. If it is those 2 videos there that say they are still transcribing, let me know and I can check on those.
