I am trying to output so the video has both a top and bottom bar for captioning via Clipscribe. The unedited video displays full frame no problem.( I captured the video in 1080 horizontal with a tablet.) However, when I edit using that option and the aspect ratio is producing black sidebars appearing. Am I doing something wrong? I don’t want the sidebars to appear. There is an option that allows overlap text only (no top and bottom bars) and that displays nicely full frame. (My terminology may not be right so I hope this makes sense).
(Clipscribe is an awesome tool and very easy to use out of the gate. I may be looking for an output aspect ratio that is not an option.)
