My video is getting chopped in every phrase…this didn’t happen on the first video i tested with but it’s happening now. Could be because of the background noise, but if so this will probably be a problem for me moving forward. Any suggestions here?

Hi Salvatore.
Do you mean the finished product after you click Make Video? Or do you mean the preview where you preview your subtitles. When you preview the subtitles there is a slight pause between each one to differentiate them from each other, so that is normal.
When you make the final video and download it, it should be smooth without any jumps like that.
