Audio Not Synced

The audio is not synced to the video. I checked the original recording and it is synced. So I had to created new projetcs in each size, 16;9, square and vertical and detach the video and mnaually sync it then re-render it out of compressor. Very time consuming and defeats the whol epurpose of saving time to get different formats for all the platforms. The video I uploaded was a .mov. Would switching it to a.mp4 help it sync better? /

@Eric Stone Hi Eric, just need to know which video it is so I can check it out. The only time I have ever seen this is on videos that already have the audio out of sync or videos with atypical frame rates.
So, just let me know which video and I will dig in to sort it out for you.
Thanks!
Craig

@Eric Stone Hey Eric. Nevermind. I was able to see it. It is actually in your original video. The beginning is in-sync which is why you may have checked it and thought it wasn’t, but if you go forward you will see it is out of sync. I made you a video so you can see it as well.

Hey Craig,

Thanks for the quick response. I went back and looked at the original on my computer at it still seemed in sync. Maybe in the upload it got messed up? Not sure. I shot it on a Canon M50. Yes it’s me and thanks for the Takamine compliment. I signed up for the affiliate program and already posted a few videos promoting it. I think it’s a great program and I wish you tons of success. I’ve never likes .mov files. I have had the same problem when I uploaded a few ,mov files to YouTube as well, and now I only upload mp4 or m4v and never have that issue. I recently read a couple of threads on the Apple forum describing the same issue. So I’m not alone. Haha. Anyway, keep up the good work. I plan on paying for the program after the trial and I’ll promote the hell out of it.

Thanks, Eric

Hey Eric. If you want to dropbox me the original, I can replace the current one. Happy to do anything I can to help.

I do agree that original .mov files especially from iPhone can have issues. I always first export my videos from iMovie to MP4 which seems to help a lot.

Anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Thanks!!

Craig
