can I trim down the lower bar?

Hi Rachel. All of the layouts are sized perfectly based on the content and the final destination.

The problem with resizing the bars is, if you made the bottom bar smaller, what will take up the space left behind? If you resized your video to fin in the empty space you would have to size it up so that the sides get cropped off.

But if you can help me understand why you want to make it smaller maybe I can come up with another solution for you.
