Can I wrap the Title headline text to a second line?

I noticed that no matter how I enter the text, I can’t make the title headline wrap to a second line to fill the space. Is this possible? Thanks!

Headlines don’t wrap by design like subtitles do. 

Just add another headline to serve as your subline and position where you want it.  This allows you to control all the features of the second headline independent of the first.
