Can’t see my subtitles

Hi,   No matter where I move my subtitles, I can’t see them when the video downloads. I’m burning through minutes trying it over and over again.

Hey Rob.  My apologies!  Sometimes these tickets sneak in and I don’t get an alert or maybe it gets lost in the shuffle.
I went and checked your last 3 videos or so and saw your subtitles.  Is this on a specific video?
BTW your minutes are only deducted on upload, not when you make videos, so I think you are good there.
So, let me know which video to check or if you still need help and I will keep an eye out for your response.

Thanks Craig!

The issue was that my changes weren’t being saved (I saw that a few other people were having the same problem).

It’s fixed now though.
