can\’t upload video onto any player. Very Frustrating

Here is what Windows media player says:Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.Here is what Movavi Video Editor says the same thing.And I cant seem to upload it to facebook.
