cc not popping up, but blog post does

My most recent video has the transcript for the blog, but the cc/subtitles no popping up. Tried different vid sizes, restarting comp, logging out/in, didn’t fix. Do I need to re-submit it?
If I edit the blog portion will that affect the subtitle portion, as that is also easier to edit then the direct subtitle portion.

Hey Nicholas.
I just rolled out a big update to the subtitle editor which allows you to edit the timing of the subtitles, so this is probably what broke it.  Give me a moment to sort it for you.
