After I uploaded my video onto Clipscribe for editing, the Clipscribe system changed the color! It’s super bright and contrasty. How do I revery the color back to original? I dont want to use Clipscribe to edit my color.
@Edmund Yan Hi Edmund. As of late I am seeing videos using a particular codec with this issue and we have to implement a workaround. Let me see if that is the case with your video. Is this your most recent video? If not, can you let me know which video it is?
@Edmund Yan Well I wish I had an answer on this sooner. The original video is a newer file format called HVEC. Converting it to the web friendly format we use is proving difficult as the original version has a lot of color info. in it that doesn’t convert well. I had it working (I thought) but only if the video was played in Quicktime. If it plays in Chrome (which I assume your video will eventually end up) the color is still washed out.
I am still working on this, but wanted to update you. Hopefully will have it resolved by tomorrow.
