Do the minutes count per transcribed video? Or per format?

Hiya, just trying to work out if the monthly minutes are based on the raw/downloaded video and transcription OR based on how many video formats you make. For example if you use the same base video, but make different versions, will that use up all your minutes?

Also what if you go over the limit? How can you upgrade?

Hi Sue. The minutes only apply to your uploaded video. You can export as many videos as you want.
