MY EYES ARE CLOSED IN THE COVER IMAGE I GOT WHEN THE VIDEO FINISHED PROCESSING. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT TO A BETTER ONE?

Hi Michael.. This is one of the new features. Move the timline to the point you want to use. Use the left and right arrows to be precise. Then click the camera icon and choose the first option to change your preview image. Note this image is just for your viewing on our site. That image won’t follow you. If you want to create a thumbnail image you can download, you can click the third option which will grab a still frame and then put it into an editor where you can edit it and download the thumbnail you can then upload to social media, etc.

That feature is also brand new so let me know if you have any questions.
