I am wanting to take a 1920 x 1080 Video and use it in IGTV. However it seems like I am having trouble figuring out the best size option to choose so everything can be seen well. When I choose the 1st option 1:1 the title and captions get cut off. Any suggestions to help make this work better?

Hey Matt.

For IGTV use the last layout option that is vertical, but you want to design it as if it was square. See the image:

This way when IG crops it, you can still see the text/subtitles.
