hi ive paid a yearly subscription and its asking me to pay again. pleaes help. Gail

Hey Gail,

Looks like you have two accounts, so I am guessing you are logging into the wrong one.

If you have another email you can try, I would try the other one. Looks like the active subscription has the word "hub" in it if that helps.
