How long does a video take to make? I have a video that has been in progress since last night.

For some reason the download button on me was grey and I was unable to click it. My partner logged on and he said there is an export button. I couldn’t see it. Is there another step besides the download button that I am missing?
CraigAh! Yes, that is it. The button says MAKE. Yeah, much like printing a document, you need to MAKE your video to get the finished product.
SAVE only saves your edits/changes to the system, but you have to click MAKE to print those changes to a video.

Let me take a look Cesar. Most videos only take a few minutes, but there are factors that can make them take longer (video length, original video file size, quality settings…) One moment while I take a look.
Hey looks like your video finished encoding in about a minute actually. As far as the actual downloading, your file was 71 MB and it took me about 10 seconds to download. Is the issue the downloading of the file after you click download or is it the MAKE progress?
I am wondering if the issue in your case had something to do with the progress bar since your video was made quite fast.
Do you think that was the case?

I am still waiting for my video. Its been 45 min. I saved it and it just says pending. How and when can I download it?
Hi @Tony Lucero . I just took a look.
You need to click the MAKE button to render the video, which it looks like you just did that, but when I load it up, your text seems a bit large. Almost, too large for the video. Just wanted to check on that.
Other than that, I see your video is rendering now.
One note is that the full sized countdowns can take a bit more time to render, so just be aware of that.
