Trying to make a video and it’s been in progress for hours. It’s never taken this long.

This one, the make button hasn’t been clicked:
and this one finished encoding yesterday.

Can you look at this again, now it’s the 2nd from the top. I went back and selected ‘make video’ (which I thought I already did but apparently not) and now it did change to make video but the download is still grey out. I went back in to the original video and make a different format for youtube and clicked ‘make video’ and that one was done in about 5 minutes. But the other one still says ‘making video’.
