Hi Clipscribe team,My video lags when downloaded. My voice does not follow my mouth so the audio is 2 seconds in front.Can we pleaae rectify this?thank you so much

Hey Susan,
Yeah the issue appears to be in the original video.
Unfortunately, this type of thing isn’t easily fixed on our end and sometimes it can be difficult to fix them at all.
If you have a version without the audio delay, feel free to dropbox it to me at info@clipscribe.com and I can replace your current video with it.

@Susan Nguyen This is usually any issue with the originally uploaded video, but I will double check for you. In the meantime, you might check your original video to see if the audio issue is in the original video.
I will report back asap.
