Modification of subtitles not taken into account during downloading

Hello,
When I upload my video, (which I’ve done about ten times…) it doesn’t take into account the modification of my subtitles.
However, I have saved before, changed my browser, changed the size of the subtitles … Nothing can be done about it !
Thank you in advance for your solution and to see if I have lost any download credit by trying to fix this problem …
