The stability of this platform is really bad. I am wasting a lot of time with uploads not working and now templates are not showing up most of the time… they showed u for one of my four uploads. I have literally tried uploading each of these videos over four times now.

Hey Stirling. This issue has been tied to the last couple of days and other than that, the platform has been quite stable. Unfortunately, this particular issue has been more difficult to resolve as it has been intermittent. I assure you, I have been working on it non-stop and the minute it pops up again, I am trying to resolve it. Eventually, I just built in a workaround. Uploads has needed to be the main focus, but now that this workaround is in place, I am make sure the template issue is resolved.
Give me just a few more moments here to test this out and I will let you know when you can try to upload again.
I do expect it will be resolved in full today though.
I get it. It has been incredibly frustrating for me too and I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but this is not the norm.

Ok, based on that screenshot you sent me, I see what is going on. It actually had nothing to do with our system after all. All of the videos you have uploaded have been 16:9 videos (either 1920X1080 or 1280X720).
The burglars share tips video is 640X480 which is a different size/resolution. So, your HD 16:9 templates wouldn’t show up for that size. Templates are size specific. I think the easiest thing you could do is load up one of your previous videos that uses the template you want to use.
Then in the editor, click the COPY button. This will allow you to copy the essential content from that video to a different layout. Re-adjust as needed and save the template as a new template.
Then that template will be available in the 640X480 SD videos.
Since you have had so much trouble, if you want I can do it for you. Just let me know what the template is called. But, it looks like all of your templates are there after all, at least from what I can tell.

CraigI found 3 templates from backup. I am about to restore these. How many did you have in total? I am working on it at this moment.

Ok I take that back actually. I see 9 in there now in the current database… Do you know about how many you had in total?

Ok, then see my comment up above on that. The templates are there. They were created for HD videos, not SD.

Unfortunately, I am not following how to find or amend the templates. The one I want to use is called Ben Brown Retargeting Template and the three Ben Brown Videos (labeled as 1, 2, and 3) need to be in that retargeting template.
Gotcha. I will do it and make a video so you can see what to do. Back in a few.
