Hi Rob! The minutes are based on transcriptions/uploads, so they are deducted when your video is uploaded. You can view your balance in two places.
1. Click My Account and you will see the info. there.
2. On the export tab of the page where you make your videos, you will see that info. there.
3. We will be adding the ability to buy more minutes a la cart over the next week.
