Move the Caption up

When I increase the size of the caption, the words get moved down, so some of the words on the bottom bleed out of the video. How do I re-position the captions?

Hi Edmund,  You can just click on the subtitles and move them wherever you like.  Click and drag.
If you need more clarification please let me know.
