My video has been in progress status for over 2 days now. Is that normal?

Hey Nicholas,
I am not showing that video has started encoding.  You will need to click the MAKE button to make the video.  Clicking SAVE will only save your work/changes, but to actually print the finished product to a video file, click MAKE.
